Types of appointments

15-minute Initial Phone Consultation
Free consultation to briefly discuss your treatment goals and whether we will be a good fit.

60-minute Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluation
$300 Initial session to discuss your current symptoms, past treatments, life circumstances, other providers, goals, etc. This session is focused on diagnostics, which may be ongoing, and initiating medications will be discussed at the following visit.

30-minute Medication Management
$150 Follow up appointment to address your response to treatment, tolerability of medications, and any need for changes. If time allows, there is an option to integrate any of the previously discussed therapeutic modalities.

60-minute Medication Management & Psychotherapy
$250 Follow up appointment with a combined approach, including more in-depth psychotherapeutic support. This may be appropriate if you do not have an established psychotherapist and/or are not interested in working with multiple mental health providers.

The initial session and any follow up can be conducted either via video visits or in-person in Bend, OR.
